1st and 2nd can be tough. The rest have nice spots and not so nice spots just like most other neighborhoods.

They’ve been remediating the Brooksville mine for decades. There are others, but that one stuck with me considering how beautiful that area is.

I’ve done this and it is definitely the easiest way to go. No strippers or chemicals to neutralize. Just be sure to let it dry really well before sanding.
