An apostrophe, (‘), is used in two ways. The first is when combining words in a conjunction. For example, can’t stands for can not. The apostrophe can also be used to show ownership. In this case, “America’s first electronics Right to Repair Bill” means that this first electronics Right to Repair Bill belongs to America

Almost all of these discussions are about urban environments where some sort of supported public transport system would heavily reduce the time an individual spends on the road. Add in with publicly available driverless cars, you could get anywhere without owning a car and much faster while still having the opportunity to own your own car.
