Intersectional oppression = low pay = bad tips.

It’s not poor morals/manners…librarians and art teachers, while lovely human beings, are also terrible tippers (source: worked as a waitress at a restaurant that served mostly conventions. The librarian/art teacher conventions were much nicer than the dentists/cardiac surgeons, but they tipped like crap.

There are lots of drizzly cold days. Get a size-up raincoat you can fita fleece under and some comfy cute rainboots (I like Kamik)

Just wanted to add that this is in no way acceptable but does happen... Not just in urban communities, but all kinds of places where families have guns. It doesn't necessarily reflect on the school
