Interstellar was quite incredible.

The beneficial effect of exercise is stronger for men, who have a 15% lower risk of needing drugs for troublesome sleep issues but also women can benefit from it by giuliomagnifico
I'm just guessing as I'm not a physiologist, but I would say an athlete would still go training regardless of how bad they slept. An athlete has more reasons than sleep to keep training, and I wouldn't be surprised if many of them do develop sleep disorders due to overtraining among other things.
But for even a regular person, I'd say once you really understand and feel the difference on your physical wellbeing, which leads to better mental wellbeing, it just makes sense to keep exercising even if you don't feel like it. It always feels better after a good gym sesh.

It's possible that people that exercise sleep well, and are more likely to have the energy to exercise again.

I don't think it's too hard to believe that space is incredibly vast and harsh, and to emit any detectable signals requires incredible amounts of energy directed right at us.

Exactly, they aren't really forces but features/effects of how mass and spacetime interact with eachother. Spacetime is a field, with which mass interacts with, being a mass of collection of forces if it's own.

But we are able to observe them, because JWST is able to picture objects which wavelengths have been stretched into the infrared wavelengths, making it unobservable to Hubble, which can mostly detect visible light and some UV light.

The reason we need JWST instead of Hubble telescope to see extremely far objects is the reason why your statement is wrong

The actual answer. Mass warps space, that warp creates a movement. Two massive objects far enough of eachother warp space too little in regard to eachother to overcome other forces that are unto them, eg the expansion of space

However there's a force that makes light or electromagnetic wavelengths stretch which can't be explained by any other means but space expanding at a rate faster than light

Yes probably, but also the choice of researches posted on this sub.
We love to read about narcissists because we think we know one, and our confirmation bias goes "yup, that's him"
In fact I think I'm highly narcissistic thanks to this sub.
