I have my grandfather’s GE radio alarm clock. It has red glowing numbers on the front. It still works fine, and I’ve had it since the 90s. I don’t even know how long he had it before I did! They make great older stuff for sure! It even had an ant colony move in one year! Not a fond memory!

I’d try to find the older type, that can hang from a wall or sit on a desk. They are still the best. I have a couple of them and I love them. They are the Boston brand. You can also buy newer ones, but I’d check the ratings on those. They are so much better than small, hand held pencil sharpeners.

That’s why I’d recommend the desktop model. I think you may need to look for a vintage one for that, though.
