ye i tried that. actually that upscale is done by an ESRGAN model. which model you think best for this job?

The one that removes noise? Or anything new?
I tested remove noise works good but when I feed this no improvements :/

I have no experience or skill with that :/
I also have no drawing skills but with SD now can do generate very good art
Perhaps same possible for audio too?

I have been spending time with Tortoise TTS since yesterday
couldn't produce my voice yet but i am understanding :/
it is also super slow - damn slow on rtx 3060 - cuda running

i have vtt file you know the subtitles we use for movies
but i haven't found and text to speech that can generate speech with that timing
do you know any?

about your suggested approach, any way to automatically do it? i mean we generate speech then we sync but how?

it has like 10k frames for 7 min video :d
