That corruption is in every single city, and then straight up through national government.

Based on other comments, it sounds like they need the ability to allow cars there during some events(?).

I’m missing how citing that a small city has a car free street compares. Does Pittsburgh, Chicago, Atlanta, Phoenix, etc.? (Genuinely asking.)

I respectfully disagree. I drive slower next to barriers because I’m afraid of hitting them.
