You can call it croquette if you want, but croquette can be made with meat, vegetables and a lot of variation. This one is without meat or mix vegetable. I think that mush potato balls is more corect

Yes indeed. I put inside mushpotatos(6 medium potato) 2 eggs and 6 tablespoon of flour, salt and peper. I mix all, dipped in scrambled egg and than coat with breadcrumbs
