Reply to Headlights when driving by Traditional-Oil7281
I’m sure it’s SUVs vs my sedan, but I do see people in the oncoming lane turn off and on their high beams as traffic approaches. So, people do use high beams in places that kind of dont need high beams.
But whatever, if it’s safer for them to drive that way, then so be it. But I’m going to drive much slower so I can be safer when someone is shining a maglite up my ass.

Reply to Tool libraries? Does anyone know of any tool libraries in the greater Boston area? (I’m currently looking to borrow a pneumatic floor nailer and would like to avoid renting from a big box store if possible. Though I often get up to projects so I’d love to hear the resources we have!) by aadigiacomo
I doubt they’d have it, but the Dover public library has various tools. I don’t think they would have anything pneumatic, but you can ask.

Which are still cool. And this seems to be the last total lunar for a while. But having seen my fair share of them, I wouldn't get up early and go out of my way to see one. BUT ALSO if you haven't seen one and want to it's neat. Just not reality altering like a solar eclipse.

It's like the Times Square on New Year's Eve. I can see going because it's a thing, but not because you want to have a good time for most of the time.

Depends on what kind of grass you want. If you don't care, you'll probably end up with some kind of crab grass (and other weeds), which could be fine?
They sell grass seed that works in shaded area.

It would be a balancing game: adding to the atmosphere what is taken away. The entire atmosphere wouldn't be "blown away" very quickly.
This is not to imply feasibility of terraforming mars.
