Many Dc restaurants serve venison, which comes up on a google search.

Thip Khao sometimes serves snakehead fish and blue catfish, both of which are invasive.

I did a Ghost tour with https://dcghosts.com/ in DC and it was good. John Waldron was the guide and he recommended The Vue for us for drinks and the view afterwards.
