In sweden it depends on where you live.
Around my area a kebabpizza always have tomato sauce and cheese on the dough topped with kebab, salad, onion, kebab sauce and tomatoes. Sometimes cucumber aswell.
Same with the sauce. More north its garlic sauce usually
