Reasons pls? We rent a Turnkey’s property and they don’t seem to us at all bad, so I’m curious :)

I paid the highest tier which is $7 It was a great experience as I mentioned before BUT because my car had mud on it, unfortunately the next morning I found out that it’s not as clean as I imagined. Will go again though if I know for sure there is no mud sticking to my car.
