Well then either this will get overturned, or these contracts will need to be altered in the future, hopefully giving the ISP's more accountability for the quality of their services.

Man, only $74 for court costs. I think it probably cost a lot more to get there, but I do hope this creates precedent for ISP's.

This is a pretty good life pro tip, but I feel like the further I progress in my career, the more I justify spending money lol. "Oh, $10 for lunch? No problem, that's just 15 minutes of work". Then I look at my credit card statement and spent like $500 on food

Somehow Blbeing scammed out of money, being tricked into unfavorable terms, or any other thing that can happen in this scenario. I've never rented from individuals before, only bigger corporations, so I want to make sure I do things right to protect myself.
