That finally for a change from the usual charcutterie board brigade (give it a rest folks) and the constant tomato pasta and endless sad lasagne post...looks really damn excellent. Too boost such great looking fries/chips such i havent seen here in some time. I dont write food epilogues usually but that i bet tastes as delicious as it is a pleasure to look at.

Dont get further down by reddit people . Nobody knows what therapy you are doing, who you are etc etc etc. If you left the therapy part out people wouldnt be that judgementful about you but say hey...shit friend and upvote you blah blah. See it as a vent post and ignore the noise/switch of from this post and try to relax/do something you enjoy to feel better buddy. All the best to you and your progress. One day at a time :)

That sounds nice, thank you. Is it a traditional recipe? How much soy saucw, vinegar should i use. Id like try this today. Thank you in advance kind stranger. In Gwrmany we boil, then crak the shell and leave the eggs in salt water for a few weeks. When you take the shell off it has nice looking lines in brown where the egcs where cracked. In the UK we tend to take the shel of and put the eggs for a few weeks in fridge in a water and vinegar solution.
