It was a mass spread robo call to a bunch of schools in PA. Doesn’t seem to have been any more serious than trying to incite panic.

Or fill it full of ping pong balls to get it to float, and float it to the crane. it will be substantially lighter for the crane to pick up as well being filled with balls and not water.

Phoenix movie theater parking lot. There is always a huge portion unused, and the dmv is right nearby so you can use their parallel parking setup that they use for tests.

It’s hard to find the right groups and even get into said groups when you find them. People here are a bit closed off and slightly cold at first. you just need to find the right people and give a new group time. with enough patience and persistence you’ll find some great people.
