Oh, I see you’re new to Oklahoma! This is a common occurrence locals call “vesseling”. The basic explanation for this is that when a child (8-12) looks at a street light past 10 pm, an unidentified creature possesses the child’s body and causes their blood vessels to extend to up to exactly 97 feet.
