I've got a Franco-American grandmother in central Maine, I basically couldn't date anyone with a French surname.

They've got to be French names. Drouin, Gagne, LaChance, Lemieux, Vachon, Veilloux.

This is a direct quote from the initiative petition. Basically a mortgage secured by the revenue generated by the non-profit.
