I don't think he's a clown. More like an evil clown soaked in the blood of his critics and swimming in corruption.
This, according to the article is one of THREE DOZEN titles he has awarded himself. My favorites are as follows; "Honored Worker of Physical Culture of the Chechen Republic" and "Honored Builder of the Chechen Republic".
From now on whenever we mention his name YOU MUST include all 32 titles after his name.
I received these titles in 2013. However, they were only 3rd Order without Iron Cross WITH Oak Leaves.
