I was lucky and went to all the great parks in the late 90's before everything was so popular. We went to Toroweep, and were the only people there. I think there were less than 5 cars at Zion. We did Angel's Landing and were the only people on the trail in late April. Bryce Canyon too, one camper ahead of us, and no one else. I'm glad I got to see all these places before they got crowded, because I wouldn't go now.

Why does this look like an alien tried to replicate Earth food, and failed miserably? I was hoping that was at least a black bean burger to explain the color, but no, that's just a burnt to a crisp burger. And mustard on your broccoli? And red bell pepper on a burger? Did you actually eat that?

Come on man, you're in the heart of pork country. I lived there for 3 years, and there's definitely biscuits and gravy in KC.

Some of these literally have the name Biscuit in their name:

Denver Biscuit Company

The Big Biscuit

Kate's Kitchen

Jerry's Cafe (my favorite)

All of these have biscuits and gravy as a highlighted menu item. Get out there and get some!
