Life changes yes, but the question is not "when" but "what have you done to change it". If you did nothing it changes usually for worse.

Like Im not very religious but even in Bible there is part where it says that people shouldnt worry so much about following day and focus more on god and his rules (interpret god as whatever is important to you).
