Most open to the general public classes are no longer in MA. Tethered Together is an amazing conference and worth your time to travel to CT.
As for MA, everything is underground. You will need to connect directly with people in the community.
Look up some of the rope/shibari people in the area on Fetlife. If you don’t know how, start by checking out the profiles of the people involved with Tethered Together/instructors from last years con. Ask to Meet with them at a munch etc and be patient. When you’ve demonstrated yourself to be trustworthy, you may get invites into the private rope groups.
