“New York prices”?? Not even close!! You go to New York and look for an apt.. and let us know how it goes! I’m from NY moved here not so long ago, you have no idea about NY rent prices! Rent went up here but it’s nothing compared to NY(bk,qns, bx, etcc).

North Newark is def booming, and in the 5 yrs I’ve been here not once I have felt in danger, I commute early in the morning to work and weekends I get home late from partying and it’s all good. A lot of renovation and new condos bldg coming up lately in the area as well
