Listened to it and it's not it, didn't really hear the lyrics I mentioned in there too. Though her voice is very similar to what I described, sorta like that whispery/soft/low volume vocals, so that's good to know.

This is the one, happy I finally found it. Can't believe it's a kitchen device ad of all things, and I do remember seeing one on TV too.
