Couldn't pay me to live in Durham. Also just as I would expect the cops ticketed everyone parked along the road, rural cops with nothing fucking better to do.
Housing as a commodity is failing.

Reply to Hello everyone! I am nee to the city. I came across a concert that I am interested to go at a venue called Webster theater. Since the concert ends kinda late I was curious how safe is the venue and surrounding areas? I'm still learning where should I go and where I shouldn't. I appreciate the help! by ElPatron1415
I've biked and rode the bus away from The Webster. It's not the best area but It's hard to say it's actually dangerous.
Are you concerned about parking your car? Or taking the bus?
There's not really anything in the area open too late, so it's only really about getting to your transportation. Car is fine as there is a paid lot or plenty of street parking where you'll be amongst other concert goers.
Bus can be a little sketch because the stop is a little walk away.

Maybe do bus there which is faster, and take the train back for a more leisurely comfortable return.

It's just way too rural for me, combined with the type of people that want to live rural, small town cops, and nowhere to go and nothing to do.
