David Burton, and man does that character offer more across subsequent watches. Bill Camp is one of those "that guy" actors that just always delivers, and The Leftovers gave him stellar material to work with. I particularly love him in the S2 finale where he's pointing out how ridiculous it is that Kevin feels the task--singing--is beneath him, having done what he did already in International Assassin.

Though they don't meet the same standard as Frontline docs, if you're looking for something you can watch on YouTube, it's definitely worth subscribing to DW Documentary. DW is German, but these are in English and typically explore global issues. I'd say their efforts are broader than Frontline but not as deep.

US wind is significantly driven by tax equity (which the IRA will really throw into overdrive). These foreign companies have to meet various requirements, e.g., local content percentages, to take advantage thereof. In this respect, the US has actually done really well to secure the lion's share of the economic gain from these projects. The EU has criticized the IRA, for instance, as overly protectionist when it comes to wind energy.
Given how volatile the US market is (even though there are big projects and volumes), it just hasn't been conducive to a market with thriving American OEMs. GE renewables is sink-or-swim based on the US market...
