2 different households I know of in the city have gone full solar. So, no, you don’t have to deal with dominion.

Why not go the crowd fund route and sell gift cards with a 1 year inactivation period? $50 today gets you a $50 gift card good starting 1 year from now.

I feel like people are far more willing to open their wallets in that scenario.
