I'd probably say Con Air for sheer popcorn entertainment and Face/Off for the closest John Woo was allowed to translate his Hong Kong blood opera style to Hollywood blockbuster filmmaking. I've never actually cared for The Rock and always felt it was where Michael Bay's "Bayisms" were beginning to take hold with the overly long runtime and overly sombre military scenes mixed with Bay's trademarked juvenile humor.

Meh, it happens. The only ones who know about these in development projects are obsessive nerds like myself. LOL
