The first goal would not to make such an extreme spin as false or fake, but rather scientifically false ideas, aka vaccines cause autism.

Ok. At least some detector of obviously false information would still work. If the model was trained correctly

Which is not to say, that it could not spot clear lies. I asked it a lot of different questions about the stolen votes or stolen election with trump. Every time it told me that there was nothing stolen.

It’s not about telling people that the news are fake but rather about a possibility to remove said content. With that maybe some of the polarization that is currently happening on social media can be damped down

Never said that half the country believes lies. But any decent mega study on the subject shows that there is no correlation between autism and vaccines. Not trying to be difficult just trying to say that „vaccines cause autism“ is , after our current understanding, false.
