Not sure if this helps at all but in my town (Londonderry) the delinquent tax amount is really high for 2022 compared to 2021 and prior. I guess because of the influx of people that moved in or maybe not? Total amount for 2022 was almost 192k. In 2021 it was 43k. That's quite a jump.
