Based on the negative responses claiming speed cameras do more harm than good, I did a quick search on the effectiveness of speed cameras and found reports that they help save lives and serious injury when comparing states and sites where they are in use to places that don't use them. For example, here's what the CDC reported: https://www.cdc.gov/transportationsafety/calculator/factsheet/speed.html

I read through the comments and apparently it's legal. I have one word for people who work for companies who treat their employees so horribly: UNIONIZE!

Wallingford has a single lane bi-directional tunnel on Rte 150. It's controlled by a light on either side.

That photo immediately made me think of the scene in Jean Shepherd's "A Christmas Story" where the neighbors dogs ran off with the Parker's Christmas roasted turkey.

I live in Cheshire, just one town over from Southington, so my choice is New Haven--metro north of course. If you don't have to be there at any specific time, see if you can get off peak prices. If you ever have to fly out of Newark, you can take Amtrak directly there from New Haven.

Since you have all the sale paper work, maybe contact the DMV and make an appointment. You can make an appointment on their website.

Salvation Army is also a good place to look. IIRC my mate even got a brooks brother's suit there and wing-tip shoes and he wears a size 12.

Do you see the crazy driving in the Netherlands that we see here? For example, I'm in the middle lane of I84 or I91 at the speed limit and cars crawl up my tail and pass going what seems to be well over 80 mph, crossing in and out of lanes. It's like they're looking for an accident.
