I read this while on work travel years ago. I remember reading it in the Jakarta Airport and just having it not click. I really really wanted to like it. I have had similar probable problems with his other books i have tried.

Yeah, I started hs engineers series back when it was coming out (2008 era?). I did not care for his tyle, but wanted too. I might try his new stuff, shee if I enjoy them now more.

No idea the identity of the OP, but man living and growing up in the USA has given many of us a very wierd version of how the world communicates.
I worked in East Africa for a few years. The average Rwandan spoke three languages and many spoke four with only a limited education. (Kinyarwandan, Swahili (for the market), and either French (if you were old) or English (if you were young).

This doesn't seem to account for hospitals out of state. I can see some that should be accounted for in WV. (probably other, but those are the ones I know)
