I got upgraded from HFC to GPON symmetrical gigabit in November and it’s been awesome. Now when I need to upload a large file for work it’s minutes instead of an hour plus, for example. I consistently get 940/940. This is hardwired though. Wireless networking depending on where in my home is 300-500, which is plenty for a mobile device. (I also use my own network equipment with a hardwired access point on each level of my home instead of their mesh system.)
Armstrong can be more expensive than the big providers but I find them easy to deal with support wise on the rare occasion I need to reach out.

DirecTV Stream is a streaming TV provider that has AT&T sportsnet…. (Sadly they don’t have NFL network though, one of the reasons I have Hulu Live, plus need Disney Plus for the kids and it’s bundled in with that)

The Pens and Pirates should run the channel as a joint venture. They need to get carriage on YouTube TV and Hulu Live. They also need to offer a standalone option for people who don’t want a live tv service.
