Edit - But I am wrong, because part of song is about telling Lennon to go ahead with Yoko so who am I to judge?

These three are being first timed invited to the Governors Awards, it's a Separate award decided by board of governors of the AMPAS, it's not open to all, it's honor even being invited here, and they are being invited here shows that they are being recognized by them
