Reading the reviews I was very excited! Apparently I utilized the contact box incorrectly and asking for the process and then an estimate (assuming I would provide everything needed, once told what was needed) was assuming to much! I still really appreciate your recommendation! Seems it just wasn't a good night, or perhaps the accountant's responses are to dry for myself!

Honestly, it took me aback and I had my wife read the response to make sure I wasn't crazy!

I work in consulting and have never seen a response that was so unhelpful and demeaning.

I was actually looking at free tax USA as well! It seems to be the craze this year.

There are definitely some more specific reasons for looking for a tax expert, such as I pulled from my Roth IRA to pay for my son's birth and pay it off, also transfered a significant amount of drip dividends to his custodial account once born.

It's nothing crazy, but I haven't had the time to research much into it, so just looking for a 2nd set of eyes. I probably will go through TaxAct or FreeTaxUSA this year and research when the time comes.

Just got an email response from the owner, and I will not be utilizing them this year. I am not sure where customer service went, but it seems to have escaped her. Very unfortunate for such good reviews of the service.

Agreed, I have used them for the last few years, but this year was close to 200 to file, and I would rather have a real person assist along the way even if it is a bit more, just to make sure I'm getting myself setup for this year as well.
