I enjoyed the chart and good luck on the savings targets for 2023!

This is representative of the overall workmanship and attitude towards finishing a job in Philly. I love this city but of all the major cities I’ve lived (3), it’s the only one that simply could care less about finishing a job and improving/restoring a neighborhood.

There is an overall attitude across the city that simply showing up at work earns the paycheck. Doing your job would be deemed “above and beyond”. Until there is more accountability in public works, amongst other things, it’s hard to envision the city taking a big step forward.
