It's a dating show fulled up exclusively by people from other Netflix shows.
I think in a way it shows how Netflix has become its own ecosystem. They don't need to do any advertising or even casting outside of Netflix now to make up a show a lot of people are going to watch.

It needs to be said constantly, Netflix isn't trying to be HBO. It's trying to replace television. And what do people like to watch on tv? Trashy reality shows.

Kind of a weird issue the show will face, which is every book focuses on a different sibling and then their story is done, meaning the actor will have nothing to do for another six or seven seasons. And since actors want to act, there's the risk they'll keep losing cast members.
They're supposed to give Anthony and Kate a storyline this season, so we'll see how it goes.

Considering how top-notch I thought the rest of the season was, House of the Dragon's The Green Council sucked. Surprising because I thought the Greens plotting around Viserys' death would be an entertaining scenario, but then they decided to frame the entire episode around finding Aegon in a whorehouse, and it was just bad.

Season 4 definitely feels like a make-or-break moment for the show.

Showtime is the worst network outside of CBS when it comes to never letting their shows end gracefully. And they never do. They always keep going and going until Showtime just cancels them unceremoniously.
Dexter was the closest, but that was shot in the foot because they were planning for the inevitable reboot and then the reboot was shot in the foot because they were planning for a spin-off (that now isn't going to happen.)
