There was a pretty significant chemical spill from a train derailment down there in the 1980s. I have some saved TV footage somewhere, but it's probably available on YouTube.

I think I'll just start calling it the John Kane Bridge, since Greenfield Bridge is not even official.

Have you looked for what units are currently for sale and then drill down from there? Or are you wanting to know the buildings in advance that meet your needs and wait for a unit to be for sale? The most new condo activity would likely be in the Strip. Unfortunately, it's the most underrepresented housing type in Pittsburgh.
