I can't see the deleted rebuttals, but you are obviously spot on with this assessment. If you pick an area based off lower taxes and they can't stay low you will move somewhere where the cycle is reset.

I was just curious because I don't remember any GoFundMe + Chicken spot.

The people who already opened Muddy Waters were trying to do a GoFundMe for what is now Bird on the Run? I don't remember that.

Wasn't Bellevue a dry town until recently or am I getting confused?

Only unfortunate part is that you have to transfer.

Have you ever looked at mine map? It's mostly just the higher elevation areas. Far from the "entirety of Western PA".

It's the opposite.

Isn't that new apartment building at McCandless going be built on Berlin Way? I think those Mews townhomes across from Shop n Save are also on top of Berlin Way.

There was a pretty significant chemical spill from a train derailment down there in the 1980s. I have some saved TV footage somewhere, but it's probably available on YouTube.

I think I'll just start calling it the John Kane Bridge, since Greenfield Bridge is not even official.
>NOTE: The bridge’s real name is the “Beechwood Boulevard Bridge,” nicknamed the Greenfield Bridge. The “Beechwood Boulevard” name was carved in stone (below) on the original bridge. These stones will be installed on the new bridge before it opens.

Turning left onto S. Braddock at intersections without lights is pretty un-chill, but the side streets are chill.

Have you looked for what units are currently for sale and then drill down from there? Or are you wanting to know the buildings in advance that meet your needs and wait for a unit to be for sale? The most new condo activity would likely be in the Strip. Unfortunately, it's the most underrepresented housing type in Pittsburgh.

They were probably referring to the state prison SCI in Chateau, but that closed a few years ago so not relevant.
