The whole covid crap has been terrible for my anxiety. I still know that I am going to get better, in my own time and way. This is not the way I want to live. I hope you felt bit better today. Today was my birthday and I went out to dinner with a few family members. I did lay in bed for 2 hours prior to having a hot shower and a little talk with myself about how it would be good to get out. How was your day?
