Reply to comment by schnager in LPT: If you’re worried about visible pit sweat, try putting panty liners (thin pads) on the inside of your shirt to absorb it and prevent it from leaking through. Thin, absorbent, soft, flexible, disposable, cheap. by MaybeIShouldntPostIt
If you have a chronic problem that makes you feel shame and insecurity that sticking a panty liner in the sleeve of your blouse works to solve, then it’s not wasteful, but useful and helpful.
Do you shame the diabetic for their need to use single use syringes for insulin? Or the person with a colostomy their need to use a bag to catch waste? How about the little kid who scraped their knee and needs a Band-Aid to keep it clean?
The person is ALWAYS more important than some convoluted guilt trip about the environment.

Armenia and Eastern Europe go by the Julian calendar, which is 12 days behind the Gregorian Calendar which is what most of the western world goes by.
