Hello from Tennessee, in the mountains here they are a huge issue, lot of people swear by using mint around your cans, cut up fresh mint, or a mint scented body spray around the bottom of the can. I'm sure there is a minty raccoon-off product out there also. It works for me, but I have Southern raccoons so who knows.

Apparently what eventually took the school down was an online campaign from a reddit user, the name is available online and maybe that person, or some resources are available that can help you out here. It might be worth a shot, especially if this person, or people, created an online voice big enough to shut down that place.

Check the International/Hispanic section, for some reason all of the Knorr bouillon is in that area of my grocer. I'm confident Walmart carries it also.
