I just look for were with enough 1u novelties to fill the board. They have a few ortho specific sets on there too.

Mecha-01 I got from the GB, Drop has round two going right now. The others I picked up off of Aliexpress.

I personally prefer ortho to column or row staggered layouts. Honestly my only wishlist features are a hall effect board similar to the Wooting or a gasket mount case. If I had both of those in a nice heavy aluminum case, I could die happy.

Obviously takes some adjustment, but after about a week of using it I can type just as fast as on a traditional layout and swap between the two as I please.

You really gain a lot from having a smaller spacebar and layers. For gaming it's pretty nice to have f-keys you can use without having to pick your fingers up from WASD. Having the number keys directly above movement keys also feels more natural to use. In addition moving backspace next to P feels more natural and easy to use.

Time to celebrate the no compromise layout when it comes to space saving and functionality, especially when it comes to gaming.

Wish I could find more keyboard with this layout, especially in the high-end space, but it looks like the DNA59 and GK6 is about all that's out there.
