Hey, Piano is a great foundation, and it’s never too late! But I’m glad you’re discovering all of this music now though. One song will lead to another, and before you know it your Spotify likes will be dominated by rock 🤘🏼

Man, you’re really in for it. So much good music to discover!
Classic rock: my favorite—The Cars. Amazing musicians. Start with their self-titled album, but go wild and listen to whatever you can find. They have so much great material! Next, The Doors - I think you’d like “Roadhouse Blues.” Pink Floyd - try “Young Lust”, the various sections of “Another Brick in the Wall” (especially Part 2)
80s Rock: My favorites—Van Halen and Ratt. To test em out: Van Halen - “Unchained” “Panama” “Best of Both Worlds” Because you like Queen, you’d probably like the albums made with Sammy Hagar. Very 80s and synth-heavy. Ratt’s best albums are Out of the Cellar and Invasion of Your Privacy
Have you listened to any of Metallica’s Kill em All album? Check out “the Four Horsemen” and “Jump in the Fire”
I’m sorry if I’m overwhelming you—I’m a guitarist and rock music is my favorite! I also love sharing music

I love Iron Maiden! Check out "Wicker Man, Aces High, and Run to the Hills". A few of my favorites.
I bet you'd like Judas Priest--very similar sound to Iron Maiden, and another British metal band. Try "You've Got Another Thing Coming" and go from there
Some songs I'd recommend to somebody who likes Metallica's "Fuel":
- Motley Crue - "Knock 'em Dead Kid "+ "Looks that Kill" (honestly, the whole Shout at the Devil album is pretty great. Lots of heavy, kickass riffs) Also, "Livewire" from their debut is pretty similar to "Fuel"
- Rage Against the Machine - "Know Your Enemy"
- Guns N' Roses - "Mr Brownstone" (Another great Slash tune - Velvet Revolver's "Slither")
- Smashing Pumpkins - "Zero"
- Priestess - "Lay Down"
These songs have a similar feel to "Fuel." Some are heavier than others
