Reply to Fracture Risk in Vegetarians and Vegans: the Role of Diet and Metabolic Factors - PubMed by RedditUserNo1990
The issue I have with this review and some other meta analyses is that they rely on old vegan cohorts, like Epic Oxford which started in the 90s. This predates the popularization of high calcium plant milks.

Reply to why are modern fantasy series so bad? by Hafeesco
I really enjoyed Rings of Power. I'd actually cite it and Stranger Things Season 4 as shows that proved that TV can tell these rich, cinematic stories better than the movie industry can.
I thought House of the Dragon was pretty uneven, as the pre-time jump part was really rough.

Reply to ELI5 why does taking a multi-vitamin on an empty stomach cause nausea, but something like Tylenol doesn’t? by sftysw
I see others commenting about iron, but it is probably the zinc, because multivitamins usually don't have enough iron in them to cause problems.

Reply to ELI5: Why sugar in fruits is good for you but processed sugar in chocolate and desserts is not? by Sensitive_Apple_7901
The sugar is the same, but in fruit, the calories for the volume of food is much lower compared to desserts in general. This is due to the fiber and water content.
