That is not what slating at an audition is.

Since this sounds like your first self-audition, you really should get your agent’s assistance.
Slating is pretty basic, and does not have anything to do with the actual board.

“Twisted Nerve” by Bernard Hermann. Soundtrack for the film of the same name, released 1968.

What was the experiment? To see if people would actually stay in their seats for the entirety of this dumpster fire?

The Jungle Book (1967). Came out two years before I was born, loved it as a kid, still do.
Les Triplettes de Belleville (2003). If you’ve seen it, you will know why it is on this list.
An American Tail (1986). Brilliant.

Not in the last 9 years, but I didn’t see these mentioned in your link:
Okie Noodling (2001).
Wisconsin Death Trip (1999).

Slating is literally just stating your name, your agency, your height, and your location in this case. Exactly what they asked for. And they want you to slate after the read, not prior.
In some cases you would include the name of the part you are reading for, or the monologue(s) that you will give them. It’s audition 101.
