Reply to $20k in 0% APR CC debt, Need to open new card(s) to pay this down. Any better options? High-ish income, good credit. by Finally_
Pay down any extra you can, find a 3% balance transfer, and make a plan to actually pay down to 0 during the promo term.
You should be able to find a card that will give you a 150-200 bonus to offset the transfer fee.

Reply to Skiing in MA by Professional-Fix6119
There are some decent tiny hills that are totally fine for beginner kids (2-8 y/o) if there is actually any snow.
For anything resembling real skiing you have a 2+ hour drive from Boston to VT,NH, ME

Reply to U.S. hospitals are required to publish their prices for medical procedures now, so my friends and I collected around 15 million prices from 143 hospitals in Massachusetts and created a search engine where anyone can see how much they may be charged. Reply to comment by StarlordsTrees in £20k in debt and it's become too much to handle and is killing me. What can I do? (breakdown below) by StarlordsTrees
My 2 cents - keep the Xbox sub if you really love it. 11/month for entertainment when you need to slash all other spending is a good price to not go crazy.

Reply to Obtaining a mortgage / home buying process in MA by ladbom
I would go ahead and get pre-approved as soon as you are seriously looking, things can happen very fast!
I would HIGHLY recommend Shant Banosian and his team at Guaranteed Rate. They were amazing when I bought my home and have provided exceptional ongoing support helping through refi.
