I think I caught it back to back. My second round was like this. First one had barely a dry cough. Lost sense of smell and am still stuffy and still congested with sinus pressure and headache a week later.

I got it around Christmas, and was pretty ok after 5 days. Then got hit with another round. The second infection put me out twice as long.
