Really hard to source in the US without buying a bunch of it online. Here, they butcher the pig differently and it's all thin streaky stuff which is mainly fat.

It's the "real" bit of the costs involved in delivering product. Materials, manufacturing & distribution. But I think it's a bit flexible (can differ company to company) - but in essence should involve costs that directly mirror production quantity.

That deals with cleaning the tiles, but you've got the same issue on the drywall. For the latter, I'd sponge it, then let it dry, carefully sand anything that remains, dry-sponge the dust off, and then re-tile once dry again.

AI is horribly miss-used vague term. ML is better because it specifies learning. Some people call a bubble-sort AI (or similar basic algorithms when applied to business decisions) but there is no learning or intelligence by my observations so it's just logic.
Logic alone isn't AI.

Is that not what "butchering the pig differently" means? Cutting the loin into different shapes? ... one sliced for bacon, one sold as a complete loin?
If I minced the pig, isn't that butchering it differently?
Genuinely confused.
