I think there was a few pilot programs last year with streets were exempt from the parking ban, not sure if that is still happening. I think they were somewhere in the area of Dexter park? Otherwise it think you would have to park in a lot.

Gansett should still be going! There’s a 3 and 5 mile option, and there’s a huge group that splits into a ton of pace groups. It meets on the main stairs of the brewery every Wednesday at 6!

It’s too bad that they only got negative quotes re the south water st/hope st bike lanes.

It’s actually on Broadway, not Broad, but Dash is fantastic and those burritos are to die for!

Seconding this, I got an antenna at Home Depot for like $15 and it gets WPRI fine.

My friend gave me one of these, it’s from a brewery in Worcester. That’s the brewery cat, I think. Don’t know more, sorry!

I’m always looking for more people to ride with! The two most popular areas (within ~20 min of Providence) are Lincoln Woods and Big River. I mostly ride Lincoln Woods, there’s some XC stuff, but the bulk of it is some really awesome enduro style trails with a fire road climb. I’m not as familiar with big river, but there’s some good stuff there too.

In downtown Providence, The Eddy for drinks and Oberlin for dinner is hard to beat, IMO.

There is a gate but I never saw it closed throughout last winter/spring

I always used to use the track at hope high. I always finished up before students could be there (done by like 630-7am) and I never had an issue. I think there are some running clubs that use it, too.

They have something like this in Boulder and people hate it, the rents are wildly expensive too.
