So, yes, you need a computer with surround sound output and good speakers. Most 2-ch or 2.1-ch portable Bluetooth speakers are just a small class D amp with a Bluetooth board.

Realistically, you do most of it with something like a beefy microcontroller, but the streaming and voice commands are very computationally expensive compared to just receiving audio data via BT. You’re going to need a Raspberry Pi 3-equivalent or better to get the streaming services and I’m not even sure it can do the voice commands.

You can probably make it work with a low- or mid-range laptop, a USB 5.1 or 7.1 “sound card”, and a good set of speakers.

I know many (most?) fluorophores have crazy aromaticity but couldn’t they just use titanium dioxide (or is that also significantly toxic)?
