So, yes, you need a computer with surround sound output and good speakers. Most 2-ch or 2.1-ch portable Bluetooth speakers are just a small class D amp with a Bluetooth board.
Realistically, you do most of it with something like a beefy microcontroller, but the streaming and voice commands are very computationally expensive compared to just receiving audio data via BT. You’re going to need a Raspberry Pi 3-equivalent or better to get the streaming services and I’m not even sure it can do the voice commands.
You can probably make it work with a low- or mid-range laptop, a USB 5.1 or 7.1 “sound card”, and a good set of speakers.

Surround sound? Like, 5.1 or 7.1? In a portable speaker?
Why?

No doubts on her strength but tearing a phone book is more a of a fear of trickery than strength.

Okay, UV fluorescent tattoo dyes: awesome or unnecessary risk?
I know many (most?) fluorophores have crazy aromaticity but couldn’t they just use titanium dioxide (or is that also significantly toxic)?

I'm happy to retcon that as a limitation of the Universal Translator system used on the Enterprise-D.
Or maybe it was just they think that baryonic matter in general is ugly.

I think the implied hope is that they'll find enough CO2 on the moon to use as feed stock to produce O2 and CH4. Just electrolyze some lunar water for the H2 and you'll have entirely in-situ rocket fuel synthesis with a side-helping of excess O2 for the ugly bags of mostly water to breathe.

Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is also the plastic that makes up soda bottles and polyester clothes.
I just think it's neat that the same basic polymer system can do so many different things.
