Yeah I meant he started with something he actually believed and then changed once he realized his constituents didn't like it.

I can't even imagine what a metric ton of carbon looks like, but it sounds huge. $39 to remove that seems like a steal. Why aren't we using this now?

How does a public internet utility affect social media spam in any way? You're talking about an ISP, not running a website.
